Session Information

I take every precaution to ensure my clients feel warm, welcome, and have a sense of peace and privacy.

A typical session is about an hour in length, though we can work out another time frame if necessary. Weekend appointments are available if needed.

In addition to my Winter Haven location, I offer online therapy for established clients and individuals who are otherwise unable to make it into my office.

Payment Information

I accept cash, checks and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

My pricing is as follows:

  • Initial assessment: $250

  • Individual therapy session: $150

  • Couples counseling session: $180

  • Family counseling session: $200

I do not offer text therapy. For phone calls, I do not charge for calls that I initiate. If a client initiates a phone call, I do not charge for the first 10 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, I will begin charging in 15 minute increments.

At this time, I do not accept insurance.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise you may be charged for the full rate of the session.

Anne Tripp Keating received her MA in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University in 2007. She is a therapist in Winter Haven, FL with a wide range of certifications that inform her work. She works with individuals, couples, families, parents, and teens. She specializes in the treatment of depression, co-dependency, trauma, and addiction.

Legal Proceedings, Subpoenas & Court Appearances

Psychotherapy is a confidential treatment relationship. I do not routinely participate in litigation, custody disputes, depositions, or other legal proceedings involving current or former clients.

Court Appearances and Depositions

My full-day professional fee for reserving up to eight hours for a deposition, hearing, trial, or other legal proceeding is $1,500, including waiting and testimony. This fee reflects the time reserved from my clinical practice, regardless of the amount of time spent testifying.

Preparation, record review, and attorney conferences are billed separately at $200 per hour. Travel time and expenses, including mileage, parking, and lodging when necessary, will be addressed in advance.

These fees are subject to applicable law and court orders. Payment responsibility and arrangements will be addressed in a written agreement before services whenever possible.

Counseling Records and Psychotherapy Notes

Client confidentiality and the psychotherapist-patient privilege are taken very seriously. An attorney’s subpoena or request for records does not, by itself, mean that confidential counseling records will automatically be released.

Records will be disclosed only when disclosure is legally authorized or required, such as with the client’s valid written authorization, an applicable exception to confidentiality or privilege, or an appropriate court order. When privilege applies and has not been waived, I will assert and protect that privilege as permitted by law.

I do not release confidential counseling records or psychotherapy notes simply upon the request of an attorney. When the legal authority for disclosure is unclear or disputed, the matter may need to be determined by the court before records are released.——
